Charles-Henri Lagacé currently holds a position with the Quebec government's Ministère de la Langue française, where he specializes in issues related to Canada's Francophonie, with a particular focus on youth. His work involves promoting and strengthening the use of French in Francophone communities across Canada, with a particular focus on engaging youth in these initiatives. His experience with the Government of Quebec, working in the Canada Desk of the Quebec Secretariat for Canadian Relations, has enabled him to contribute to bilateral relations between the Government of Quebec and the provincial and federal governments.

In addition to his professional experience, Charles-Henri holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a Master's degree in International Studies with a specialization in International Relations from Université Laval. His academic background reflects his passion for diplomacy, international affairs and youth engagement. He also had the chance to work in France as an intern at the general secretariat of the Assemblée parlementaire de la Francophonie, where he assisted the Political Commission and organized the Parlement francophone des jeunes.
