The United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII) is a high-level advisory body to the Economic and Social Council. It has a mandate to deal with indigenous issues related to economic and social development, culture, the environment, education, health and human rights.

For more information on the UNPFII, visit the official website.

YDC is currently conducting a review of its practices and working on securing funding to provide an improved delegate experience to Indigenous delegations. We aim to run an UNPFII delegation in 2025.
