Communications
Responsible for all outward facing communications, managing the organization’s public image, and building relationships with its online community. The team is in charge of YDC’s outreach and communication tools, including its website and social media channels.

Development and Strategic Partnerships
Responsible for growing YDC’s external strategic partnerships and fundraising, identifying and applying for funding opportunities to support YDC’s activities. The team plays a key role in conducting prospective research, identifying potential funding partners, leading the grant writing process, and other special projects.

Recruitment
Leads the outreach and selection processes for all YDC delegations and supports the recruitment of our executive team. The team helps us find the most inspiring young leaders from coast to coast to coast that YDC has the chance to work with.

Board of Directors
YDC’s board or directors supervises, provides advice and guidance on YDC’s activities and strategic direction. It is made up of former leaders from the executive, individuals with experience and knowledge in international engagements, law and executive management.
