Jasmine Griffith-Reid is a Juris Doctor 2026 candidate at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law (Lincoln Alexander). She also has the pleasure of being the 2024/25 Secretary of the Black Law Students’ Association at Lincoln Alexander (BLSA Lincoln).

Prior to this, she served several years as a Parliamentary Affairs Advisor at the Senate of Canada, where she supported federal policymaking, political affairs, and policy portfolios such as international affairs, equity, diversity and inclusion, social justice, gender, youth, and human rights. 

Jasmine is also devoted to local and global community work and currently engages with the Canadian Coalition for Youth, Peace and Security, Durham Black History Month Committee, Caribbean African Canadian Social Services, and the Black Law Students Association of Canada.
