Lucie currently works in consulting with Hill + Knowlton's Montreal office, specializing in public participation, public affairs and governmental relations. Previously, she cumulated experiences across the public, private and academic sectors. Notably, in public affairs with Québec’s diplomatic representation to the Atlantic provinces and as a lobbyist to the European institutions for Unilever in Brussels. She has also contributed to several research projects on a wide breath of topics with McGill University and Leiden University. She joined Young Diplomats of Canada as a Programs Coordinator in 2022 after participation in the 66th Commission on the Status of Women as a delegate.

Lucie graduated Cum Laude from Leiden University in the Netherlands with an Advanced MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2023. Her thesis focused on the role of public perception on the legitimacy of international courts. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science and History from McGill University, and has studied at Sciences Po – Paris and at the International Summer Academy in Pristina, Kosovo.
