Raphaëlla Ayina holds a degree in Civil Law and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, specializing in International and Global Development from the University of Ottawa.

Her professional commitment extends into the non-profit sector, where she has a significant role within the African non-governmental organization L'Ordre Suprême des Ancêtres. In this capacity, she represents the NGO in several prominent international bodies, including the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Trade Organization, the Organization of American States, and the United Nations Office in Geneva.

Raphaëlla's dedication to diversity and community service is further highlighted by her previous position as Vice-President of Financial Affairs for the Black Civil Law Students Association at the University of Ottawa. She also served as the National Translator for the Black Law Students' Association Canada, demonstrating her commitment to inclusivity and education. Raphaëlla's professional and academic achievements reflect her passion for law, international development, diplomacy, and community engagement.
