Preamble; 

The YDC-OECD 2021 is pleased to release position papers on their chosen thematic area of “The Future of Work”. Below you will find sub themes relating to, 

• Environment, Climate, and Sustainability

• International / Intergovernmental Cooperation

• Entrepreneurship and Innovation

• Intersectional Equity/Equality 

• Digitalization/Digital Workplace 

• Well-being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity

• Governance and Economic Growth 

We believe the Future of Work should build an economy that functions within our environmental boundaries. In an increasingly digital and interdependent world, we believe the Future of Work should prioritize human dignity and personal autonomy.
